GMC 310:

GMC 310 on Kenner Local at the inner terminal, South Claiborne and South Carrollton Aves., on May 29, 1978 in a slide by John McKane. A shelter stood here for many years, but was removed within five years after this shot. A St. Charles streetcar is just visible through the shelter. The bus carries a front advertisement for WTIX radio. The second image, with no vehicle behind, has the initials BK on the slide mount, possibly a Bruce Korusek slide. Two photos added 07/08/13 and 09/07/20.

GMC No. 313:

GMC 313 on Airport Downtown Express at Tulane Ave. and Elk Place on May 30, 1978 in a slide by John McKane. This was the location of the Eye, Ear, Nose, & Throat Hospital and is in 2013 the site of Deming Pavilion of Tulane University. One photo added 07/08/13.
