PCC 1107 on L Taraval at the Wawona St. and 46th Ave. terminal on May 31, 1969. Scan comes from a slide in my collection and was added 01/31/12.

PCC STREETCAR No. 1115:

PCC 1115 on K Ingleside outbound at Market and Powell Sts. on March 3, 1974. I like this image because of the presence of the Woolworth store on the corner. The Gap later opened in this location. Powell St. cable car 17 is visible at the turntable on the left. Scans come from a slide in my collection (mount is stamped Alan Miller) and were added 04/08/12.

PCC STREETCAR No. 1133:

PCC 1133 on L Taraval inbound at Ulloa St. and West Portal Ave. on April 13, 1974. The streetcar is about to enter Twin Peaks Tunnel en route to Market Street and downtown San Francisco. Scan comes from a slide in my collection (mount is stamped Alan Miller) and was added 04/11/12.

PCC STREETCAR No. 1138:

PCC 1138 on K Ingleside outbound is stopped at West Portal on September 18, 1966. The picture shows the original Twin Peaks Tunnel facade and the curved bus shelters that were later added. All this was replaced in the 1970s when West Portal Station was built. 1138, ex-St. Louis Public Service 1741, wears the green and cream simplified livery. Scans come from a slide in my collection (mount is stamped C.G. Parsons) and were added 01/31/12.

PCC STREETCAR No. 1170:

PCC 1170 on the L Taraval streetcar line outbound at Market and Hyde/Grove/Eighth Sts. on June 29, 1967. Civic Center Pharmacy is on the corner in this picture; in 2011 the Civic Center Market is one of the stores currently in the location. Next to that is the Orpheum Theatre. Following 1170 is PCC 1026 on the N Judah, with an unidentified Twin trolley coach parallelling the second streetcar. Image comes from a slide in my collection and was added 09/11/11.
