Two parts to this mystery trip. The first part was a visit to MacArthur Blvd. between Foothill Blvd.
and Eastmont Transit Center in Oakland to get pictures of AC Transit Gillig 1586, the holiday bus, on route 57.
The second part was a decision to use the 35mm lens at night by going to Fishermans Wharf
in San Francisco. I did streetcars at Jones and Beach, and cable cars at Hyde and Beach.
Included are Powell car 1, decorated for the holiday season, and PCC 1040, the last new one
built in the United States and original to the Municipal Railway. There are also shots of
PCC 1051, the Harvey Milk dedicated car wearing Muni simplified wings tribute livery.
