The first section of this mystery trip is a visit to San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Spent some time on the departures ramp at Terminal 1 snapping buses that included SFO Employee Shuttles, car rental cutaway vans, Groome Transportation and Marin Airporter shuttles, and SamTrans (on the lower level). Photos include the airport circulator train.

Next I parked at Stonestown Galleria to take an M Ocean View light rail train to the Powell Street station. There it was the usual streetcars on Market and cable cars on Powell. Of note is car 1 decorated for the spring in conjunction with Union Square. The flowers are starting to sag, droop, and otherwise falter, but at least I now have daytime shots. Car 16 still wears the NBA dressing; as long as the Golden State Warriors succeed, the decorations stay on the car.

The vehicles on Market include New Flyer 8634 on the 5 Fulton local short turn; 5R rapids use trolley coaches and operate to Ocean Beach. What makes 8634 notable is that it's wrapped for the local ABC affiliate with two different sides. The curbside is advertising the Lunar New Year parade for the Year of the Snake. The streetside promotes the 50th anniversary of Wheel of Fortune, featuring Vanna White and Ryan Seacrest. The rear of the coach combines the two ideas as "Y__r _f th_ Snak_". (At least they're acknowledging the original premiere of the Wheel in 1975 rather than the start of the current syndicated run in 1983. And I read that rear puzzle as "Yarf the snack", lol.

The usual streetcars include 1051, 1055, 1061, 1070, and 1076.

I returned to Stonestown and was in time for one of the battery electrics, BYD 5004 on 29 Sunset. I photographed there, at 25th Avenue and Clement St., and finally at Sunset and Lake Merced Blvds.

The foods pictured: At Mel's Drive-in at Mission and 4th, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy (with another side of the same), and vegetables. At Nation's Giant Burgers in Daly City, banana creme pie, milk, and a side of bacon.
